Lead Solutions Architect – Data & AI Platforms
(Foundational Technical Leader / Co-Builder Role)
This role is the cornerstone of our consulting arm. The Lead Solutions Architect will be responsible for overseeing client delivery across Power BI, ESRI, Fulcrum, and emerging AI tools. They will lead solution design sessions, scope engagements, and guide clients through data architecture, automation frameworks, and visualization strategy. This person must have deep experience building end-to-end platforms, with the ability to shift between technical execution and high-level consulting. Strong storytelling, systems thinking, and people mentorship are core to this role. This is a "build the plane while flying it" position, perfect for someone excited to help define our productized offerings and technical playbooks from the ground up.
Client Engagement Manager – Utility & Infrastructure Sectors
(Revenue Driver & Relationship Builder)
The Client Engagement Manager will lead the charge on client relationship development, contract delivery, and strategic account growth. You’ll act as the face of Vanguard Virtues for key accounts—especially in the utility and public infrastructure sectors—ensuring alignment between client goals and our solutions. This role balances account management with light project oversight and will collaborate closely with the Solutions Architect to frame work, scope deliverables, and identify new opportunities. Ideal candidates will bring a background in consulting, utilities, or data strategy with a high EQ, a sharp mind for contracts, and a gift for growing trust.
Senior Data & Visualization Consultant (Power BI / Fulcrum / ArcGIS)
(Project Delivery Workhorse with Industry Experience)
This is the engine of our delivery model. The Senior Data & Visualization Consultant will be embedded into client projects, building dashboards, integrating datasets, configuring Fulcrum or ArcGIS workflows, and helping clients go from messy data to clear insight. You’ll also help document best practices, support training materials, and inform productized solution templates as Vanguard Virtues scales. This role demands a hybrid of hands-on technical skills and clean design sensibility. Bonus points for experience in the utility sector, mobile GIS, or building industry-ready templates.
Operations & Culture Lead (People, Finance, Workflow)
(Internal Backbone of the Business)
To scale sustainably, Vanguard Virtues needs a sharp, systems-minded leader to build the operational and cultural infrastructure. This person will oversee back-office operations like contracts, time tracking, billing, onboarding, and internal communication—but also ensure our unique culture of ownership, freedom, and excellence doesn’t get diluted as we grow. They’ll design our employee equity rollout process, manage benefits administration, coordinate with external partners (like accountants or legal), and support hiring. A perfect role for someone with startup operations experience who also cares deeply about people, rhythm, and organizational design.
Operations & Administrative Coordinator
(Back-Office Support for Finance, HR, and Admin Efficiency)
As Vanguard Virtues scales, the Operations & Administrative Coordinator will serve as the heartbeat of our internal support systems. This role will oversee day-to-day financial operations (including invoicing, time tracking coordination, and QuickBooks entries), HR administration (onboarding, benefits coordination, policy tracking), and general administrative logistics to ensure projects and people are supported efficiently.
You'll work closely with the Operations & Culture Lead and interface with legal, accounting, and benefits vendors to ensure compliance and consistency as we grow. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, high-trust, purpose-driven environment. Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Stripe, Airtable, or Asana is a plus—but more important is a proactive mindset and ability to keep things moving without constant oversight.
This role is not client-facing but is essential for smooth internal operations. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a hybrid of finance, HR, and systems admin and wants to be a critical force behind a high-impact team.
